Mental health is a key component of the overall health and wellbeing of a person. Here we share a collection of resources focused on physical activity for mental wellbeing as well as resources dedicated to athlete mental health.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help immediately.

  • Call 911 and notify the operator that it is a psychiatric emergency.
  • Call or text the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors at 988
  • Text the Crisis Text Line by sending "NAMI" to 741-741 to receive 24/7 crisis support via text message from the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
